29 Faces, Day 3

This portrait was created in my little Strathmore  Mixed Media journal using Adirondack Re-inkers and white acrylic. The paper has a vellum surface which I am quickly learning is not the greatest for working with inks. The color does not flow (see yesterday's eyebrows!) like it does on Fabriano watercolor paper. I am quite new to all of this so learning as I go just what works and what does not. I am always open to suggestions and helpful tips. So far, I'm enjoying this challenge since it was just what I needed to get me back to painting. YAY!
