29 Faces, Day 10

This is another sketch done in a journal that is still mostly pages receiving my leftover paints from brushes at the end of a session. Soon, I really must address these pages with some "real art". It's been fun, though, to just sketch right on top of the random brush strokes of unrelated colors. Some will be covered with paint, but others will refuse to be obscured and their essence will show through. Which will be the stars and which will be supporting actors? That is, after all, the point of mixed media, right? Glimpses and peeks at hidden layers are exactly what makes it exciting to the viewer. For now, all I have is a sketch.
